Installation Notice
● Use the stud gun to attach the studs to the stubbable tire. Light truck studs also have screw-like ends that can be screwed into place. To work properly, they need to be installed correctly. The stud pin extends 1-2/32 inches from the tread. More will cause the studs to fall off during driving, and less will prevent them from contacting the road. In addition, the cleats need to be added to the tread in a vertical manner at a 90 degree Angle. Different angles can also cause studs to fall off, and they can easily damage the tread area.
● During installation, select new studs of appropriate size according to the depth of tire threads.
● Inform the customer of the run-in time required for studded tires. Customers should drive normally (avoiding sharp turns, acceleration and braking as much as possible) for a few days or so (about 50-100 miles) to ensure proper installation of tire bolts.
